JOIN US on October 13, 2012, as we celebrate the 37th anniversary of the National Italian American Foundation in
Washington, D.C. If you were with us last year, you already know what a memorable event it was. This year’s Gala
promises to be the best in the history of our organization.
As you know, the NIAF Washington Gala is part of a two-day celebration (October 12-13) in the nation’s capital that includes other special receptions, entertainment and seminars. The entire weekend is sure to be a weekend to remember! Your participation guarantees that NIAF will continue to serve as a unified voice for the Italian American community. Our mission is dedicated to preserving and promoting the heritage and culture of Italy and Americans of Italian descent while offering educational and youth programs, including scholarships, grants, heritage travel and mentoring, to prepare individuals to assume their roles as future leaders. Your early registration for NIAF’s October Gala will ensure your attendance at one of the premier annual events in the nation. If your plans change, you may cancel your reservation up to 10 days prior to the dinner with a full refund. If you have never attended the gala or have missed attending in recent years, 2012 is a year you will not want to miss. We look forward to seeing you in October. Hotel Accommodations Please support our efforts by booking your room(s) within our room block at the Washington Hilton Hotel to allow us to continue negotiating the very best rates on your behalf. Reserving rooms outside of our block can cause NIAF to fall short of our contractual obligations and incur damages. You may book your reservation directly on the Hilton Website or you may call the Hilton directly at (202) 483-3000 and refer to the “NIAF” room block. This year you will receive lower room rates and other benefits for booking your room at the Washington Hilton Hotel. |
